About me

Body~Mind Coaching is an unconventional approach for times when conventional ones are not giving you the desired outcome. You are unique so every session is different and specific to you.

I work with the body and the mind as one unit as they are not two separate parts of you. My aim is to find the root source of the problem, use my skills in body work and coaching to help you release the tension associated with your problem and help you understand how you can help yourself through some simple changes you can make.

Training, qualifications & experience

Nursing, Remedial Massage, The Trager Approach, EMDR -  Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, counselling.

I have been in practice since 1993 and love helping people with conditions that have not responded well to other forms of treatment.
