About me
I am a fully qualified and insured professional reflexologist, I have completed many CPD courses since graduating from my level 5 course with Three Shires School of Reflexology. I am also a member of the CNHC.
I have trained in Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Spinal Reflexology, Menopause Reflexology, Crystal Reflexology, Facial Reflexology (Ziggie Bergman method)
I am also a Reiki master practitioner having studied Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki & usui/Holly Fire Reiki Master Teacher.
Offering a range of complementary therapies, I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the alternatives whilst providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere.
My mission is to unlock the potential of self- healing that resides in each and every client, through a variety of treatments, one to one care and self help techniques where possible, I look forward to assisting my clients find a natural solution to todays hectic and stressful lifestyles.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have trained to level 5 in professional Reflexology, training with Three Shires School of Reflexology and I am a member of PR. I have also completed many CPD courses since graduating and I am committed to updating my skills on a regular basis.
I am also qualified in Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki.
