Hi there, my name is Juliana and I specialise in therapeutic applications of yoga.
This approach offers you person centric therapeutic tools from movement, breath, mindful yoga and science for more balanced and sustainable everyday living - supporting your physical, medical, mental and emotional wellbeing without long talking analysis.
We work together in a safe, confidential and welcoming space - online or face-to-face - to support you to develop practical tools and step into your fuller self so that you can thrive in modern life.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working with yoga's therapeutic tools since 2016.
I have received yoga and therapeutic yoga training from The British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Alliance UK, The Independent Yoga Network and Yoga Campus where I was trained by experienced and renowned yoga therapists including Doug Keller (specialist in therapeutic applications of yoga and author of Yoga As Therapy), Dr Uma Dinsmore-Tuli (yoga therapist and author of many female centred practice books) and Dr Lisa Kaley-Isley (clinical psychologist, yoga teacher, International Associations of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) certified yoga therapist). My therapeutic yoga work is now being supervised by The Yoga Therapy Institute where I am currently completing their rigorous programme to also become IAYT accredited. I am insured (Yoga Alliance UK) and hold a valid First Aid certificate should this be required.
Yoga therapy differs from other forms of yoga because yoga therapy practitioners are trained to work with a wide range of mental and physical health conditions in a safe, biomedically informed, scientifically evidenced and trauma sensitive way (I have completed the 50-hour Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) workshop with Trauma Sensitive Yoga Nederland which has provided an informed foundation).
Prior to yoga and somatic therapeutics, I working in the busy world of advertising and communications for 10 year so have first hand understanding of modern life/work balance, pressures and burnout.
Prior to my professional life, I completed a MA at Kings College London and BA at University College London, both in Social Sciences which underpinned by an interest in human behaviour, development and support.

From £35.00 to £85.00
I offer a sliding scale fee per session depending on your income and will never ask for proof of income as it is a trust based system:
Initial telephone introduction: completely free for all and there is no obligation to continue
- Earnings up to £20,000: £35
- £20,001 to £40,000: £55
- £40,001 to £65,000: £70
- £65,001 and above: £85
I can work with you on a short or long-term basis.
Our sessions can take place face-to-face or online.
I offer an initial 30min telephone consultation free of charge. This gives you an opportunity to get a feel for the approach, ask me any questions and get a sense of whether you think we could work well together.
