About me

I have been a therapist for some 20 years and before that, a consumer insight professional so my whole life has been spent listening, understanding and helping people express their needs.

The techniques I use include EFT Tapping, Reiki, Art Therapy and Matrix Reimprinting but holding the space for you to find your own steps on the journey is very important to me. I am also an NLP Trainer and Practitioner.

We can work from my home, I can rent a room in a clinic near you or we can work online, it's your choice.

I've worked with clients on a number of interesting issues;

- birth or early childhood trauma

- children and teens and family

- relationship

- depression

- pain

- low self-esteem

- weight and body issues

- trust and friendship

- fertility

But probably what I find I work mostly with is clients who feel overwhelmed and can't really pinpoint what's going on, what they want, what they don't want and most of all, what to do about it. EFT, tapping is brilliant for this and then we can settle you down with a reiki healing to leave you feeling calm and aligned.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
