Chair based yoga classes
Gentle chair-based yoga is perfect for anyone who may find getting up and down from the ground difficult. Stretch and strengthen your body in a safe and gentle way.
Remedial sports massage (Unavailable at present)
Joanna uses a variety of advanced massage techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy to help relax hyper-tense muscles which may be causing chronic pain. Muscle Energy Technique and Myo-fascial Release are incorporated to benefit tight, aching muscles and to improve flexibility.
Well-being treatments (Unavailable at present)
Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian head massage & Ayurvedic face massage (considered a natural face lift) focused on reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
Nutritional advice
Joanna is also a Nutritional Adviser and offers advice on how nutrition can boost mental and physical well-being. Joanna graduated with a Distinction in Complementary Healthcare from the University of Brighton in 2013 and is a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapist.

Federation of Holistic Therapists
FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
