About me

Well-being consultation

Online and telephone well-being consultations can provide stress management techniques and self-care information regarding nutrition, exercise, relaxation, meditation and self-massage.

Remedial sports massage

Joanna uses a variety of advanced massage techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy to help relax hyper-tense muscles which may be causing chronic pain. Muscle Energy Technique and Myo-fascial Release are incorporated to benefit tight, aching muscles and to improve flexibility.

Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian head massage & Ayurvedic face massage (considered a natural face lift) focused on reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

Joanna is also a Nutritional Adviser and offers advice on how nutrition can boost mental and physical well-being. Joanna graduated with a Distinction in Complementary Healthcare from the University of Brighton in 2013 and is a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapist.
