I am a fully Registered Craniosacral Therapist and I offers treatments at Natural Medicine Centre, Potter Bar EN6 5DR & Healing Horizons, Waltham Abbey EN9 1EE
In July 2003 I qualified at the College of Craniosacral Therapy (CCST) the largest established Craniosacral Therapy College in Europe. I also am a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the United Kingdom (CSTA) who role is to maintain professional standards of practice and continuous professional development (CPD) training.
Although I am a Craniosacral Therapist over the past twenty years I have studied and qualified in many other alternative therapies, some being Colour therapy, Reiki Master, Swedish massage therapy, Hatha yoga tutor and Mindfulness Meditation instructor. I have also worked in a variety of settings including educational sectors and in private practice which has included working with people with complex needs, physical, cognitive and behavioural difficulties, as well as engaging challenging young people with complex social, emotional, behavioural and mental health issues.
My approach to healing work is holistic and my aim is to help people feel better as quickly as possible and with minimal intervention. Over the years and through my training I have developed a sensitive awareness of the body and the role it plays in a person’s mental, emotional and physical well-being. I love to work with the body’s own natural ability to heal itself and re-balance. With Craniosacral Therapy I am able to help people feel more comfortable within their own skin. I use a gentle touch, body awareness and education, all of which opens the door to more resilience, awareness and wellbeing. Also during or after a treatment and with the clients permission, if the body requires it I will uses my extended knowledge and expertise to support rehabilitation.
Sometimes when trying new ways of finding your way back to health can seem daunting. Please feel free to call me to discuss any concerns or questions that you may have, there is no obligation to take things any further. It is important that you are happy with your choice of therapist to insure and improve the whole body's health with Craniosacral Therapy.

How many sessions will I need?
Craniosacral therapy is tailored to a client's particular needs and state of health. The number of sessions required may vary from person to person. In general, acute conditions can often respond well in just a few sessions, however more chronic issues may require a series of sessions to gain the full benefit from the treatment. It is advisable to have at least 3 initial sessions to fully explore whether Craniosacral therapy is right for you.
£45.00 (session last between 45 to 60 minutes)
Children often respond much more rapidly than adults and therefore require less time for each session. I usually advise 3 initial sessions with perhaps follow-ups to support continued integration as your child grows and develops.
Children Fee (under 12yrs)
£45.00 first session (last between 45 -60 minutes)
£35.00 (30 minute treatment)
