Further information

I have been a Registered Craniosacral Therapist for over eighteen years. Over the years and through my training I have developed a sensitive awareness of the body and the role it plays in a person’s mental, emotional and physical well-being.

I enjoy working with Craniosacral Therapy as it is non-invasive, safe and suitable for people of all ages - from new born babies to the elderly. It does not seek to impose anything onto a client. The treatment is client lead and the client's system dictates the level of treatment required. It is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep within the body to relieve pain and dysfunction which can improve whole-body health and performance.

Over the years some health conditions I have used Craniosacral Therapy for.

Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress, Sleep problems, Sciatica, Scoliosis, Chronic Fatigue/ME, Frozen Shoulder, Ear/Nose/Throat, Migraine/Headaches,
Digestive Problems, Neck & Back Pain, Polymyalgia, Trigeminal Neuralgia.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
