33 Montefiore Road
I'm a qualified Consulting Medical Herbalist with a BSc degree in Western Herbal Medicine with first-class honours. I'm also a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. I offer one-to-one consultations at The Hove Natural Health Clinic.
Herbal Medicine is the use of whole-plant medicines to treat ill-health. Herbal medicines can work deeply to aid the body's own healing processes and can help restore equilibrium in the body and mind. I support people to address the root causes of their ill-health and to take back control over their health naturally. I create individually-tailored herbal medicine formulas and holistic nutrition and lifestyle plans designed to address each person's unique set of symptoms and circumstances.
