About me
AYURVEDA
Is your quality of life affected by a persistent condition?
Do you feel that conventional medicine has not worked or that it is treating the symptoms instead of providing a cure?
Ayurvedic medicine is the world's oldest holistic healing system. It has been used for over 5000 years to cleanse and restore balance to the body and mind.
Ayurveda is successful in treating a wide range of conditions
ABOUT ME
I am a fully qualified Ayurveda Practitioner. I studied Ayurvedic medicine at the Ayurveda Institute UK and qualified under Europe's foremost Ayurvedic physician, Dr Deepika Rodriguez (B.A.M.S). As an affiliated member of the Association of Ayurvedic Practitioners (AAPUK), I continue to pursue my professional development and expand my knowledge, learning directly from leaders in this field.
I have experience in treating a range of conditions, including weight gain, joint pain, diabetes, insomnia, stress and anxiety, infertility, skin conditions, digestive disorders, menopause symptoms and painful menstruation.
Through a private confidential one-to-one consultation, I will develop your personalised Ayurvedic treatment plan, including nutrition, lifestyle changes and herbs, to cleanse, balance and restore your health and wellbeing. In many treatments, Ayurvedic massage therapy is also recommended.

TESTIMONIALS
“For ten years I suffered from severe migraines and fatigue…as no other medicine worked I felt desperate and tried Ayurveda. It hasn’t been an overnight cure but in the last month, I have seen a real breakthrough. I haven’t been off work sick for ages and I very rarely get migraines anymore. I really recommend Jessica, she will encourage you and takes the whole journey seriously which is refreshing after many a failed attempt with the NHS”.
Sheona Alexander, London
"Jess is a intelligent and kind professional, listening carefully and asking thorough questions before prescribing Ayurvedic herbs and dietary changes that are easy to follow. I have experienced almost immediate improvements in my physical and mental health and in a natural way. I would highly recommend trying Jess".
Laura Druce, London
"From my very first appointment with Jess I have felt that I am in safe hands. She has a lovely calm, kind and patient aura. When discussing my health I always feel that she is really listening and thoughtfully working out the best way forward. Having tried many conventional and non conventional approaches to tackling long standing issues, I’ve been genuinely surprised and delighted with the results I’ve experienced so far with Ayurvedic medicine. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jess and Ayurveda to anyone who wishes to improve their quality of life".
Marcelle Schogger
"I highly recommend the Ayurvedic remedial work that Jess offers. The supplements and dietary advice she has offered me has dramatically improved my health and well being. The treatment plans that she has devised for me are specific to my needs and explained clearly with kind encouragement".
Rob Anderson, London
"Our whole Family has seen Jess and I would say we all feel healthier physically and mentally. I saw Jess for my 9 Months old daughter Skin Condition. She had eczema and she had red rashes. We had tried so many creams and nothing seemed to be helping to heal it completely. With simple changes in the diet and cream her condition cleared away. Now we are aware of trigger foods and keep an eye on not consuming them too much. I myself had digestive issues and back pain.
Jess listens to all you have to say and is very thoughtful and has a very calming energy. After my first consultation I felt so much better. She is very supportive throughout the process. The supplements and dietary advice she has offered me has improved my health and well being. For the first time I tried Ayurvedic Massage and it’s the most Grounding and energising massage I have ever had.
I would highly recommend Jess for the overall wellbeing of oneself and family".

"I am wholeheartedly recommending Jessica! I have contacted her about two months ago as a last resort, after both conventional medicine and naturopath didn't solve my problem. Within just couple of weeks I started to see the results and I continue to see the improvement today. Jessica is genuine and her observations are accurate - have recommended her to my friends as well!"

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A CONSULTATION
An initial consultation lasts one hour and uses a range of diagnostic methods such as pulse, tongue. It also includes extensive discussion of a person's medical history and current lifestyle, for example, favourite foods, exercise, relationships, work and home life. During this time the person’s unique constitution and the dosha imbalance that is causing illness will be diagnosed.
Following a consultation, a bespoke treatment plan is given to the patient which involves the use of dietary and lifestyle changes and herbs. Follow-up appointments usually take place after 2-3 weeks. The length of the treatment depends on factors such as how the illness has developed and the type of support needed by the individual but usually ranges from 1-3 months.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM AYURVEDIC MASSAGE THERAPY
Ayurveda massage has numerous benefits: it removes aches and pains, relaxes the muscles and nerves, it is anti-aging, helps to detox the body, stimulates resistance to disease, promotes a deeper breathing pattern, induces deep sleep, aids healthy digestion, strengthens the skin and makes life more joyful.
Ayurvedic full body massage involves massage of the whole body, scalp and face using abhyanga, a set of specialized techniques: tapping, cupping, rubbing, squeezing, kneading with warm oil. Therapeutic oils are selected according to the constitution of the individual and the imbalance. The Marma points are stimulated through gentle pressure to over 100 energy nodes all over the body, clearing the bodies energy channels. Pinda Sweda, hot poultices made with herbs and rice are used to deeply relax the muscles and reduce aches and pains. Other techniques are used as necessary, for example, herbal pastes, Vasti oil holding to stimulate the chakra and Shirodhara for mental disorders.
