Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified in the Bowen Technique with the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia in 2008 and have undertaken further post-graduate training in this gentle but highly effective therapy since then. I am a Member of BTPA (Bowen Therapy Professional Association http://www.bowentherapy.org.uk/) and FHT.
In 2016 I undertook training in Fascia Bowen - the work of Howard Plummer developed from Bowen.
I qualified as a Reiki practitioner in 2006 and as a Master Practitioner & Teacher (through Reiki Evolution) in 2007.
My training has been in both 'western-style' Reiki and also in more traditional Japanese energy techniques, returning to the roots of Reiki.
In 2013 I trained in Reiki Drum with Sarah Gregg, a powerful and transforming healing tool.
Since moving to Lincolnshire in 2010 I have also qualified in Reflexology and Celtic Reiki
I also offer Flower Essences to further support your healing.

Firstly, please do not hesitate to telephone me with any queries you may have. I am always willing to discuss these therapies with you and how they might help you.
Your first appointment will last up to 75 minutes in order to allow plenty of time to discuss what brings you to see me.
Subsequent appointments for Reiki will be for one hour.
For Bowen and reflexology subsequent appointments will be 45-60 minutes, depending on what the appropriate treatment is for you in any given session.
Longer sessions can be booked if more time is needed.
