About me
Introduction to Acupuncture
Jenny Stringer LicAc BSc (Hons) MBAcC
Acupuncture is now widely used and accepted all over the world. In the UK more people are finding out what acupuncture can do for them.
As a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) I practise Acupuncture based on principles of Chinese medicine that have been developed, researched and refined for over 2,000 years.
Who has Acupuncture?
Many people come to Acupuncture for help with specific symptoms or to relieve specific pains. Some use Acupuncture because they feel generally unwell but have no obvious diagnosis.
Others choose Acupuncture simply to enhance their feeling of wellbeing.
Acupuncture is considered suitable for all ages. It can be used effectively alongside conventional medicine.
Training, qualifications & experience
Jenny Stringer LicAc BSc (Hons) MBAcC
I graduated at the International College of Oriental Medicine. I first became interested in Acupuncture by receiving treatment and experiencing the benefits of acupuncture first hand, maintaining good health and well-being. This sparked my enthusiasm to learn how to help others with acupuncture in achieving their health goals.
After studying for 3 years I obtained a BSC (hons) in Acupuncture, accredited by Greenwich university.
I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and adhere to their codes of conducts.
