About me

Hi I am Janet Broughton, The Positive Change Coach.

Is your glass half empty, do you feel you are running on empty or are those voices of doubt in your head constantly giving you negative messages? Then you are ready to think, feel and be positive, enabling you to live your best life.

Through my 60 Day Positive Change Programme I enable you to greet life positively - thoughts, beliefs and emotions, giving Freedom, Confidence and Clarity.

Why do you need help with change? When we are faced with changes it can be stressful, it causes anxiety, which will effect your moods, your physical and emotional health. You have decisions to make but feel overwhelmed.

By removing your negative feelings and creating calm then you can make informed decisions in a calm and balanced state of mind so you can move forward in a way that allows you to live your best life.

My personal experiences (explained below) and my professional skills give me the insight and understanding to help you

I broke my back in a horse riding accident and was told I would never walk straight again and be in pain for life,  it was my positive attitude that defied the prognosis enabling me to 100% heal and train to become a DRU Yoga Teacher.

Equally when I followed my dream to emigrate that then sadly went horribly wrong so that I was destitute with no job, no home, and in debt, I completely re-built my life to return to the UK, re-establish and grow my business, pay off my debts and buy a house.

Sessions are 1-1 via Zoom.
