Therapies offered

Other available therapies

I specialise in helping people with chronic illness and challenging health problems.
I practise reflexology mostly which is very calming and relaxing and I give people advice how to massage specific points on the hands to enhance the beneficial effects. I incorporate Reiki and healing into my treatments and can also use hot stones on the feet which is a very relaxing therapy.
