About me
My name is Jane and I am a very experienced therapist with over 21 years experience working within the holistic therapies industry. I have experience of running a home based salon, working in a high street salon and also teaching and assessing reflexology students.
My beautiful tranquil and peaceful salon based at my home in Rayleigh, Essex.
I specialise in Reflexology including Pre-Conceptual, Pregnancy, Post Natal care, Babies and Children, Facial Reflexology and Aromareflex. These are wonderful relaxing therapies which rebalance the whole body including the mind.
I offer Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, Full Body Massage, Indian head Massage, and Hot Stone Massage. This treatment is ultimately relaxing and rebalancing for the body. It relaxes all the muscles and can alleviate tight knots and tension.
I offer Hopi Ear Candling this relaxing treatment helps to relieve any congestion within the head, throat, ear and sinus channels. It can effectively treat headaches, migraines, hay fever, sore throats, colds and sinus pain.
I also offer Reiki and Angelic Healing which heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charges them with positive energy.
Luxury Facials - Using Tropic Skincare products includes cleansing, exfoliation, steam and extraction off blackheads and congestion, mask, head shoulder and neck massage and moisturiser to finish. I spend time listening to my clients needs to ensure their needs are met. I am a fully insured member of the Federation Of Holistic Therapists.I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists and The Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council.

CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration. Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
