About me

My approach to therapy is with the understanding that everything is energy and that in order to change anything in our lives we first have to change the way we think. As a HSP I am often able to perceive more than is conveyed in words and body language and I use this gift to help inform my client sessions. I use EFT and The Energy Alignment Method®- EAM to help people find the root cause of issues that they can’t discover on their own. I help people to come out of the spiritual closet, accept their gifts, connect to their authentic selves, and have confidence to live life on their own terms bringing peace and calm, love, joy, and freedom into their lives and to the world.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified EFT practitioner and EAM mentor with over 10 years of experience. I am a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and have over 30 years of experience of living and coping with neurodiversity through my now adult autistic children and their autistic father.
