About me

Passionate about anatomy, functional movement and soft tissue manipulation, Irek uses a combination of techniques to help clients achieve their goals.

He is able to help all types of clients, so whether you are training for a marathon, recovering from injury, or simply need to relax and release unwanted tension, Irek will help you become more aware of your postural alignment and muscle imbalances to optimise your physical health and wellbeing.

During his massages, Irek uses a combination of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and soft tissue release techniques to treat a wide range of conditions which include:

  • chronic and acute back and neck pain
  • sports injuries and postural imbalances
  • limited movement and flexibility
  • breathing problems and restrictions
  • issues related to post-operative scar tissue
  • postural imbalances
  • general relaxation
  • injury prevention

Irek practices out of Integrity Centre, one of London's top wellness clinics located at Finsbury Circus in the City, EC2M - founded in 2019 by him and his wife, Alina. At Integrity Centre, there is a great team of therapists who work in tandem to help clients achieve their goals.

Along with massage therapy, Irek is also a qualified Pilates instructor and personal trainer. He teaches group Pilates classes, private and semi-private reformer Pilates sessions, Pilates beginner courses, and is an anatomy instructor on Yoga teacher trainings. Currently, Irek is furthering his education to better serve his clients by working towards a Masters in Osteopathy.
