Inese Plegere - Marigold Reflexology
29 High Street
Reflexology is a holistic complementary therapy, that believes that the feet reflect the body and that all the organs and glands are represented somewhere on the feet. By applying pressure to the feet we believe that we are working indirectly with each and every area of the body. By doing so our aim is to help create the conditions in which our clients own powerful healing system can work to the best of its ability. Reflexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally.
My mission is to enhance my client’s health and well-being. I work to the best of my knowledge and ability to make my clients feel special and looked after. Whether they have a specific health concern or whether they would like to restore their body’s natural balance I do my best to help.
