About us

ID Massage Therapy is a small practice dedicated to meeting your needs. Afterall, as our slogan says, it's all about you...

We are experts in areas of Swedish (holistic) massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage and seated chair massage therapies.

We also offer a mobile service where we can arrange to visit you at your home.

We also offer seated chair massage therapy for office visits, conferences and seminars, to help your employees/guests to achieve full state of relaxation and tranquillity.

Training, qualifications & experience

I'm a qualified Holistic and Sports Massage Therapist. Additionally, I offer treatments in sports injuries and back pain.

I’ve supported a number of charities in providing sports massage at various events, such as Flora and the Fire Fighters Charity at the London Marathon (2011 & 2013), Help for Heroes bike ride (2013) and at various Aikido events whilst competing.

I also had the privilege of providing sports massage at the London Olympics and Paralympic Games with Wellbeing and Treatment in 2012.

I hold Black belt 5th Dan in Aikido and am a member of the British Aikido Association.  I am currently training for my 6th Dan grading in November 2015.

I hold the following qualifications:

  • ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage - Bexley Adult Education College
  • ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage - Bexley Adult Education College
  • ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology - Bexley Adult Education College
  • First Aid at Work certificate - First Aid First
  • Aikido Senior Coaching Instructor - British Aikido Association

Wheelchair user access
