I’m Helena, an Emotional Image Therapist with over 30 years of experience in blending ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches. My method is deeply rooted in the spiritual traditions of Buddhism, Hinduism, Yoga, and Taoism—wisdom I’ve absorbed through years of practice in Nepal. This foundation supports a powerful and compassionate approach to personal transformation and healing.

Each  Deep Meditation session lasts for one hour. We begin with a brief introduction, which may include theoretical insights and a personalised explanation of the process, tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

The approach is gentle, environmentally mindful, and designed to align with your natural rhythms. At the end of each session, we’ll take time to reflect on your experience, note any shifts or progress, and discuss the next steps to support your continued growth and wellbeing.

Individual and group sessions are available every Tuesday and Thursday.
