About me

Helen's Holistic Therapies.

Are you feeling stressed or anxious?

Are you having trouble sleeping?

Would you like to feel more grounded and relaxed?

Then why not try a Distance Reiki Healing session with Helen Taylor Reiki Practitioner, Master and Teacher.

Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing technique and a form of energy healing. It is channeled through the practitioner, and drawn by the client themselves. Distance reiki works in exactly the same way the only difference being is that the Practitioner and client don’t have to be in the same room or building but the client can still feel the benefits. Distance Reiki works in conjunction with other medical and therapeutic techniques and heals on an emotional, physical, mental and spiritual level.

A 40 minute session includes an initial consultation, 20-25 minute healing session and then time afterwards (if you wish) to talk through how you felt all for just £20.

Helen’s Holistic Therapies is run by Helen Taylor, Reflexologist, Reiki Master and Teacher, Crystal Healer and Hopi Candle Practitioner, and is based in Stapleford, Nottingham and at Hocus Pocus Crystal Shop in Stapleford. Helen offers Reflexology,Distance Reiki and crystal healing treatments and Hopi Candle sessions to clients on a one-to-one basis, and also teaches reiki 1 to individuals and small groups.
