About me
Reflexology, Reiki & Hypnotherapy for ALL Mums & Mums to be. Feel Calm, Confident & Restored.
Hypnotherapy &Reiki is available online via Zoom.
I provide specialised therapies for pre-conception, pregnancy, menstrual cycle and menopause.
Reflexology is available on a mobile basis in your home. My practice area covers up to 7 miles from ST21 (Eccleshall)
Reflexology is based on the premise that each area of the body has a corresponding reflex point in the hands and feet. During treatment, a gentle pressure is applied to each reflex point in turn to balance each of the reflex points.
The hands on nature of the reflexology can feel relaxing and many clients also have treatments to aid sleep, improve their mood and to provide a sense of wellbeing.
You have a choice of beautiful quality, Neals Yard Remedies Organic balms or aromatherapy oils to enhance your treatment even further.

Hypnotherapy Diploma & Fertile Body Method Practitioner.
Bach Flower Remedies Diploma.
I've undertaken additional training in reflexology for the conception and maternity journey, meaning I am qualified to provide reflexology throughout fertility treatment and all stages of pregnancy.
I have completed Fertile Body Method Training, mind-body hypnosis techniques for fertility which can be utilised alongside reflexology.

Association of Reflexologists (AoR)
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners.
Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration with CNHC.
Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

From £30.00 to £80.00
Additional information
Reflexology is priced at £50 per session, sessions are 50 minutes plus a 10 minute health consultation (this includes travel to your home)
Reflexology is often covered by health insurance, please check your policy prior to booking.
Hypnotherapy is £80 per session and can be provided in person, or online.
Reiki is priced at £30 for 30 minutes as an online appointment. Please contact me hayley@hayleymerrick.com Reiki can also be provided during reflexology appointments at no additional charge.
