Reflexology begins with a consultation to ensure that reflexology is the best treatment for you and to find out about your health.
Many of my clients fall asleep during the treatment and wake up to report that they feel refreshed and calm!
Reflexology is a relaxing and enjoyable way to ease the stresses and strains of life.
I have completed additional training in adapting reflexology to support stress management, fertility, pregnancy and for during peri-menopause.
