About us

Massage has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child it was used to sooth and relax and as an adult, I use massage to help maintain health, good posture and reduce stress mostly. Over the years I have discovered many techniques that help improve overall well being.

I offer a lovely relaxed environment for your treatment and one to one treatments where your privacy is respected. My therapy room is surrounded by a little over half an acre of beautiful greenery, with gorgeous views over the downs. As everyone is unique I aim to deliver a massage and/or foot care treatment that meets your personal needs at that time on every occasion, therefore no two treatments are likely to be the same.

Training, qualifications & experience

I studied in Brighton and Horsham to achieve qualifications in Swedish Massage techniques, Foot Care and Indian Head Massage. I am currently training as a Sports Massage Therapist also. I try to be the best I can be in all that I do.

I am not only qualified but also a member of the professional body known as the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I am fully insured and DBS checked - you can therefore be reassured that I have been vetted by the Police and have no criminal convictions.

I take pride in my attention to detail which ensures you have my undivided attention throughout the time you are with me. I seek to find the underlying problem causing you pain and/or discomfort rather than simply treating the symptoms.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.

Therapies offered

Full, Half Body and Indian Head Massages are available with prices ranging from £25 to £60 depending on the length of time you require.

Pedicure and Foot Care treatments range from £20 to £25 depending on treatment type.

Further information

I offer a free consultation which aims to identify the route cause of your problem and enables me to assist you in treating that rather than just the symptoms. The techniques used and level of pressure applied will be agreed with you and evolve as treatments progress. My aim is to support your overall health and well being by improving your circulation, flexibility and reduce any pain your are experiencing. My massages are relaxing and help to relieve tension and stress.

Foot care treatments remove dead skin cells, treat toe nails and aim to improve the overall health of your feet as well as their appearance.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
