About me
A bit about me. I qualified as a Midwife in October 2009, leaving behind Midwifery in 2019 and taking the plunge, to run my own Holistic Therapy business full time. In 2011, I began my journey into Holistic Therapies. Training with Expectancy, studying the use of complementary therapies (Aromatherapy, acupressure, reflex zone therapy and massage) for natural labour induction, common pregnancy ailments and pain relief in labour.
In 2014, I studied acupuncture for pain relief in labour, at University College Hospital, London. In 2015, I lived in Okinawa Japan for my Husbands career in the US military, during this time I studied to become a doula with Doulas of North America (DONA) and I worked for the Birth Education Center of Okinawa, offering complementary therapy services to pregnant women within the military.
In late 2016, due to family commitments, I took a break from Midwifery, during this time I worked in a high-end Spa, near Silverstone, I received gold standard training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Body Scrubs, signature treatments and Facials. Specialising in Elemis, Espa and Neals Yard Remedies. I currently use NYR in all my treatments. In 2019, I took a further course in Hot and cold stone massage, with the TEWC academy in Kettering. In 2020, I studied basic Aromatherapy blending. In November 2021, I moved to Hampshire. I’m fully DBS checked.
I offer a variety of services on a mobile basis. I also offer Pamper Parties. I cover a wide range of areas so please contact me if you are unsure.
Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Massage Therapist and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body and spirit. All three must be in working order so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.

Welcome to Holistic Haven, where I bring the Haven to you. Firstly, I’m the mum of two beautiful boys Alex and Jasper ❤️ my hobbies include meditation, sketching, sound healing, self-development, reading, palm reading, tarot, self-care, bike riding, swimming, and nature walks. I’m a lover of natural beauty and history, camping, fire pits, live music and music in general. I love cooking, baking and in particular Japanese food. I have an interest in psychology and studied it at college, due to life experiences I also have an interest in trauma and the mind body connection. I’ve spent many years healing my mind, body and spirit through Holistic Therapies such as Reiki, Shaman, past life regression, hypnotherapy, reflexology, hopi ear candling, massage, counselling, life coaching, exposure therapy, CBT and kinesiology and I have a great passion for them ❤️

In January 2023, I completed my Reiki Level 1, With Rubek Holistics. I currently offer free Reiki, which would be extra time with any treatment of my treatments or you can book a full Free Reiki session on its own free of charge. This is so I can practice my new skills and build up to Reiki Level 2. I also, have a natural psychic gift and I would consider myself an intuitive healer.
