About me
I have worked as a teacher for over 25 years in the field of languages and literacy support (Dyslexia/ADHD/ASD) and have become more and more focused on well-being and coaching over the years. During lockdown, I took the plunge to train in EFT and found a new passion in this exciting modality. I have experience in the areas of grief, trauma and addictions and have long experience in connecting with the 8-13 age group. I work online and in person in my studio in Holt, Norfolk.
Training, qualifications & experience
My academic qualifications are in languages (French and Russian) and have further professional qualifications in dyslexia specialist teaching. My EFT qualification was with EFT Universe, an organisation founded by Dawson Church. I qualified in July 2021 after submitting over 50 hours of case studies and a rigorous mentoring process.

When I work
I can work at weekends as well as some weekday evenings and a few daytime slots.

I offer in person sessions in my purpose built studio in our garden in Holt, Norfolk as well as working online with clients. I have a flexible and intuitive way of working using the tools of EFT and consider myself a spiritually open person. I feel my job is to hold space for you to continue in your journey of healing, not to tell you the way but help you access your own wisdom and truth.
