About me

Stress and anxiety can be overcome by relaxing regularly. Massage, Reflexology, Yoga and Reiki are brilliant in helping with this.  At the same time looking with understanding at the thought process underlying tension and experiencing our natural peaceful nature can help us to stop generating further stress for ourselves.

Everything here is given with intention to help you with this.

Please do visit my website              to see more. Thankyou!

Available Treatments:

I use a technique of gentle massage alternating with deep therapeutic massage to give the maximum relaxation to areas with muscular pain. Leaving and returning to the greatest tension spots while always making sure you feel in control of your own treatment and are comfortable with the massage depth.

Some common issues which can be helped are:

• If you suffer from headaches or grind your teath a neck, scalp and shoulder massage may help

• shoulder pain, pain in the arms or hands can be relieved by massage between the shoulder blades, round the rotator cuffs, intercostal muscles and arms

•lower back pain and sciatica may be relieved by deep massage of back, glutes and front and back of legs

Reviews can be found on my website.

You can experience your own universal healing energy with the additoonal boost from a Reiki Master. This can change your entire emotional landscape, leaving you deeply peaceful.

You may also take a 6 session course to learn how to use Reiki to establish yourself in your inner peace and harmony. Includes attunement to the first 2 Reiki symbols. The founder of the Reiki system was an enlightened follower of Zen Buddhism and Reiki is meant to direct your attention inwards to the resonance of the highest understandings. It is a tool beyond value because you can hear the yoga truths but they have to resonate in the heart to become your own.

Course is on a 1to1 basis, the cost is £120. It can fit around your other commitments. Regular yogis to my sessions currently are offered this course for free if there is real interest. Below is a review from Lorraine from Polling, near Arundel, West Sussex :

"I have just completed a six week course on Reiki with Fiona. This course was very enlightening and Fiona explained the principles of Reiki with great clarity. Her wisdom,  knowledge and enthusiasm has given me a great understanding of this way of healing and the interest to continue within my daily life. Thankyou "

Training, qualifications & experience

  • My qualifications are level 3 diplomas in basic and advanced Aromatherapy, basic and advanced Reflexology, Counselling for Stress, ACT therapy certificate, Indian Head Massage, Anatomy and Physiology,Colour therapy and Reiki. Yoga 200-Hours teacher training.

I've taken Reiki Master level, Karuna Reiki and Munai-ki.

I have attended a course in Osteopathic Massage and specialise in deep tissue massage. Im an FHT member.

I've been deeply immersed in eastern philosophy for the past past 10 years or so and find it brings inner peace.

When we see through the minds strategies to keep us locked in personal identity,  we come out to the natural peace which is the birthright of each and every one of us.

With loving Yoga philosophy and always advising on the best yoga stretch to help with muscle pain it became clear it would be good to train as a yoga teacher. You will hopfully find holistic support for your life with this skill set!
