Please note:

With all treatments, a full consultation will be completed prior to treatments to ensure that you get the right massage for you.

Massage has a detoxifying effect on the body and you can encourage this by drinking plenty of water and avoiding caffeine, nicotine and alcohol for the 24 hours after the treatment. Also avoiding any strenuous exercise for 24 hours following treatment and resting will allow your body to revive from within after the treatment.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
