Emma Eaton - Cobham Acupuncture and Reflexology
Acupuncture is a tried and tested system of traditional medicine originated in China, thousands of years ago.
As a method of treating people it is widely respected and used frequently in the UK. It is currently estimated that 2.3 million people are being treated each year by British Acupuncture Council members.
Both acupuncture and reflexology can be used for a range of health conditions most commonly stress, anxiety, fertility, back pain, sciatica and knee pain.
As well as operating a general practice, I have a special interest in supporting women experiencing negative life impacting symptoms (such as hot flushes) as a result of the menopause transition. Also support many patients going through the fertility journey.
I am fully insured and a member of both the British Acupuncture Council and the Association of Reflexologists. My style of practice is an integration of classical Chinese Medicine, contemporary acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Five Elements and Stems and Branches.
The Clinic is based in the heart of Cobham, Surrey in The 225 Club.

Training, qualifications & experience
After a long corporate career, I began retraining as a healthcare practitioner in 2009, initially focusing on reflexology and then acupuncture, graduating from the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) with a BSc (hons).
In partnership with the University of Greenwich and accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board (BAAB), ICOM is the oldest acupuncture college in the UK. It is respected and unique in so far as its teachings integrate classical Chinese Medicine, contemporary acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Five Elements and Stems and Branches.
I was honoured to be part of the reflexology team at The Fountain Centre, based at the Royal Surrey Hospital Guildford, supporting patients and carers through cancer.
A member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and Association of Reflexologists (AoR).
