About me

Helping frazzled souls shift unhelpful patterns and live with more ease - even during the current Covid-19 pandemic, with Distant Reiki sessions and "For Anxious Days" sessions via Skype or similar app.

My own first experience of Reiki was that it felt like being wrapped in love.

Many clients have found it to be deeply comforting and restorative - while others have felt energised and revitalised:

  • “Reiki helped my mind, my body and it lifted my spirits.”
  • “Most people who have had chemotherapy know you can have highs and lows; it can take quite a toll on your body.  For me, my regular Reiki sessions were something that helped on many levels… so relaxing I would often fall asleep.  There were occasions when I had severe pain and the session relieved the pain.  The benefits were numerous.”

Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a simple technique, used to help release stuck energy and shift unhelpful beliefs. Clients have said:

  • "I continue to use the EFT tapping technique you taught me whenever I feel anxious. It's hard to sum up, but I just have a general feeling that I can step back from issues and not be dragged down by them."
  • "My panic has eased, my energy levels have returned and I have a much better relationship with my Mum.  I feel I can look forward to a better future, rather than being stuck in a difficult past – and I will definitely keep on tapping!"

I offer Reiki separately or in combination with EFT, Matrix Reimprinting and NLP, depending on a client's situation and wishes.

Other available therapies

Matrix Reimprinting and Matrix Birth Reimprinting both use the simple tapping routine of EFT to help release the emotion locked into difficult memories and to redefine the beliefs about ourselves and the world that may be stopping us moving forward.

Clients commented:

  • "I feel that I have made peace with my past and am less anxious."
  • “The sessions helped me to see how some old thought patterns and beliefs were leading to unhelpful behaviours.  With your help, I was able to understand why these had come about – and how to release them."

I use the wide range of tools and techniques of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help clients with a range of troubles from panic attacks to difficult family relationships; low confidence to stress:

  • "Before my session with you, I used to have panic attacks daily - I haven't had one since!"
  • "...NLP has helped me realise my own strengths and use them to improve my confidence."
