About me

I am passionate about holistic health and treating each client individually and as a whole person and not only their symptoms.

The therapy I offer helped my many clients to resolve their physical, mental and emotional issues including, but not limited to food intolerances, skin problems, learning difficulties such as dyslexia, feeling anxious or depressed, low self esteem, aches and pains as well as improving their interpersonal relationships and achieving their life goals.

Health Kinesiology is also brilliant in helping clients to address their interpersonal issues and has helped my clients improve their relationships, eliminate abusive behavior and restore their ability to connect on a deeper level.

I take my clients on a journey towards wellness by helping them to change their habits and offering guidance on the best way forward to improve their health.

Training, qualifications & experience

I come from a family of energy healers, and since I was little, knew that I was meant for the same path.

I have completed a number of courses on energy healing such as Pranic Healing with Master Choa Kok Sui and The Bronnikov Method.

I have a master’s degree in Psychology and Relationship Therapy but Kinesiology is my greatest passion. This is probably due to having witnessed how much it did for my family and I growing up, and since then for the many clients that I have seen it help.

I qualified in Touch for Health, OneBrain and Health Kinesiology - Natural Bioenergetics.

Health Kinesiology is my focus and I continue to develop this by completing a new level of training every year. I am also a student of seven years of Spiritual Master Konstantin Pavlidis, whose teachings give me a unique perspective when working with clients, making my sessions even more effective.

Client testimonials:

Been having sessions for over 3 years now and honestly couldn’t of coped with all the changes and stress I was going through without it! It’s definitely helped me deal with my emotions and I have a much more positive attitude. Health wise I’ve overcome different allergies, intolerances, relaxed more & increased energy. My body always knows what it needs! It’s honestly changed my life and helped me become a better improved version of me! Highly recommend Kinesiology and Eli is amazing at what she does!

Eli’s kinesiology sessions have made me feel much more aligned and balanced. These sessions completely allowed me to relax and let go, which is quite a rarity for me. I've been suffering from anxiety and stress for several years and it's like an auto pilot which I felt hard to control. I was amazed at just how much I was able to resolve this in one session and looking forward to subsequent sessions to work through this. Definitely in a much better space after these sessions!

Angelina Foo

Before Sessions with Eli, I wasn’t particularly in tune with my Body, so didn’t really know what it needed. I often lacked Balance, and found it difficult to manage my Energies effectively. That adversely affected my ability to maintain relationships (even with family), as I generally felt depleted :( This caused Unconscious sabotaging tendencies, which added to anxiety-stress! Due to working with Eli, I’m now in a better place Physically-Mentally-Emotionally and optimistic about life overall :) Highly recommend her services????
