I'm a Massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, based in East London.

I specialised in treating chronic pain through relaxation. I work holistically, combining Western and Eastern techniques, depending on your needs, helping you to become aware of yourself and to find your own way to restore a sense of balance on a Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual Plane.

Massage - Holistic, Remedial, Deep tissue

I offer 60, 90, and 120-minute treatments. I work with a range of techniques including traditional Deep Tissue techniques, Swedish techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular techniques  (NMT), Cupping, and Stretching. 

Every treatment starts with a consultation to understand your needs, your habits on a daily basis, and possible contraindications to create a bespoke, personal treatment plan, with a combination of organic blended oils.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique developed by Mikao Usui in Japan. Its principle is based on the belief in a Universal energy life force that makes everything alive. The Usui Reiki Method of Natural Healing is gentle, non-invasive and safe so everyone can benefit from it at any age, from babies to elderly people. It is easily adapted to most medical conditions and for pregnant women. Reiki is given fully clothed in a peaceful environment and regular sessions may help to promote a healthier life. Reiki works well also as distant healing.

I offer 60 min session with a consultation (in person) and  40 mins (distant) session with an online consultation or a video call if necessary.

Ayurvedic Indian head massage

Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage has always played an important part in Indian life since ancient times and it continues to grow in popularity due to a considerable increase in stress levels in the present day.
IHM is given fully clothed, with or without oil and works on the shoulders, neck, head and face, focusing on the three higher Chakra -  Visuddha (Throat), Ajna (Third Eye) and Sahasrara(Crown).
The treatment ends up with the chakra balancing.

Pregnancy Massage

Massage in pregnancy helps a woman in any trimester to relax, supports her body during a period of physiological change, and helps to prepare the whole body for birth. 
Pregnancy massage techniques focus on reducing stress, fatigue, anxiety, and depression, as well as decreasing swelling, joint pain, and muscle aches.

I offer 60 min sessions.

Reiki- Massage 

A combination of Massage and Energy Techniques.
Massage can be either therapeutic or relaxing.
Energy techniques can be either Reiki or just Chakra balancing.

I offer 90 min sessions.  

Pregnancy Reiki-Massage treatment is designed to support women through the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes of pregnancy, helping both the mother and the baby to prepare for childbirth. The treatment consists of a classical pregnancy massage with 15 minutes of reiki either at the beginning or at the end of the session based on your needs.

I offer 75 min sessions

Cupping

Cupping works on both the muscles and the meridians of the body. It is especially effective when used in combination with massage to help relieve acute and chronic pain. It’s also a short stand-alone treatment.
Cupping works as a deep tissue massage increasing blood circulation and removing toxins like lactic acid from the affected area of the body. It also activates the immune system.
It can help with all muscular and joint issues around the body and helps manage anxiety and stress.
