About me
Having qualified as a Bowen Therapist through the European College of Bowen Studies I see my clients in a beautiful, rural relaxing setting at Illston on the Hill, Leicestershire.
The very gentle Bowen moves help release tension in the body and address connective tissue called Fascia in order that healing, realignment and balance can take place. It helps increase blood and lymphatic circulation and release energy stored in the body.
Our body has a fantastic ability to heal itself, it just needs the information to be able to do it and Bowen is suitable for everyone from the tiniest babies to the elderly. It is used to treat a wide variety of illnesses and conditions, musculo skeletal, respiratory, digestive, neurological, reproductive and emotional . It is highly beneficial to sports people to help speed up recovery.
I also practice The Dorn Method which is a safe effective non-manipulative and gentle therapy to correct misalignment of the spinal column and other joints through a true self help method.
