About me

Previously a qualified nurse with a broad experience and background knowledge of psycho-physiological imbalance, my interests lie mainly in health, well-being and quality of life.

Pain-management techniques, addiction control and lifestyle change, and with both acute and long-term symptoms aiming for homoeostasis. A holistic approach encompasses traditional values rooted in ancient techniques. Integrative practices, such as relaxation, visualisation, breathing correction and mindfulness, through modern scientific approaches, have been proved to be an essential ingredient for health. KHT (Koryo Hand Therapies) is a recent addition to my practice.

This safe and non-invasive practice is proving to be an effective treatment for symptom control, bringing rapid relief in some cases either as a stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with other treatment.
