Because the gut is 'the second brain', the gut-brain-axis will affect every aspect of physical and emotional health and wellbeing. It is impossible to heal one without paying attention to what else is happening emotionally in a person's life, either currently or from past experiences.
Recognising that we live in a time when emotional issues are frequently medicalised, I realised I needed another tool in my box of treatments and coaching, to enable my clients to overcome phobias, anxiety, fear of change and many other deep seated behavioural patterns that prevent them from overcoming their health issues, or that keeps them stuck and unable to fulfil their potential.
I empower my clients with a set of skills that they can use throughout their life when they meet challenges, both physical and emotional.
I believe in mentoring and coaching my clients on a personal journey to achieve their health and life goals.
