About me
As a Naturopathic, my philosophy is to assist you to overcome your concerns in order to achieve your health goals. Optimal health is not only achieved by tackling the symptoms but more importantly looking at the body as an individual whole, that is physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Alongside Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, my aim is to provide you with simple and practically manageable tools (diet and lifestyle) that you can implement into your daily routine so that you feel empowered to achieve positive and life changing benefits for your health and wellbeing.
Women's health, especially perimenopause and menopause, with the right targeted treatment, can be relieved and supported by balancing hormones, reducing stress and emotional issues. Pregnancy difficulties or discomfort such as breech pregnancy, pain, insomnia or morning sickness can be greatly helped by Acupuncture together with assisting labour induction, all the way through to postpartum support.
Chronic health conditions such as auto-immune, diabetes or Rheumatoid arthritis can feel burdensome and overwhelming, but I can provide support with issues surrounding these conditions such as pain management, digestive and emotional support to help you feel in control of your health again.
My priority is always you as my patient and whether you choose Acupuncture or Herbal Medicine, my aim in the course of treatment is to help you while we work together to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am fully trained and licensed in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Medical Herbalism and Naturopathy.
I have been practising with and dispensing bespoke herbal medicine since 2017, as I have my own dispensary at home so that I am able to put together individually targeted herbal medicine.
I qualified as a Traditional Acupuncturist in 2019 and I am currently adding Tung Acupuncture techniques and Reiki Healing into my practice.
I qualified for both modalities at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

Additional information
I take a full case history prior to treatment and initial consultation fee is £80 with follow up appointments £50. Herbal consultations can be taken over the phone if preferred at £100 which includes a month supply of bespoke prepared herbal medicine.
I work extensively with paramedics and offer all NHS, Fire Brigade and Police officers 25% on all treatments and herbal medicine.
