About me
Hello and welcome to my profile.
I am a fully qualified Reiki Master Practitioner. I can offer face to face telephone, or video call appointments. Distance Reiki is also available.
Reiki can help with many issues including and not limited to, stress, fatigue, anxiety, depression and bereavement. It can also help with a number of physical ailments such as fibromyalgia, arthritis and IBS, or if your just feeling out of balance, burnt out or feel you have lost your way in life somehow, Reiki can help to realign and energise you and get you back on your life’s path.
I aim to provide you with a safe, warm and confidential space, where you can discuss your need for Reiki and I will listen with empathy and without judgement.
I have my own private room, where a comfortable massage couch is available to carry out Reiki on you. If this is not suitable for you a comfortable armchair is available also.
Reiki is a natural healing therapy and stimulates the immune system to enable the body to self-heal. It can aid healing and recovery at a deep level, mentally, emotionally and physically.
It works by using the natural life force energy around us. It’s non-evasive, you remain fully clothed and involves no touch. I direct the energy into different areas of your body to help clear negative emotions, past traumas, pain etc. It has no side effects and at the very least it will make you feel calmer and relaxed.
I also offer sessions where we can manifest your goals or dreams that you would like to create in your life, such as a new job or new relationship. I use the Reiki energy and law of attraction to assist in this.

Initial treatment is 1 hour and all treatments thereafter are 50 minutes.

I have professional indemnity insurance with Howden and also hold an enhanced DBS check.
There is plenty of free roadside parking available. The bus stop and train station are only a couple of minutes walk.
