About me

Hello! I'm Debbie, a Holistic Therapist based in South Bristol passionate about the benefits of natural therapies.

I work with a wide range of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges, women's health conditions such as fertility, pregnancy, post-natal conditions and the perimenopause, and also people with digestive and urinary tract infections.

I am experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities including autism, and adults with more moderate to severe mental health challenges, having spent three years supporting clients with reflexology at a mental health charity.

The therapies I offer are holistic, taking into account people's emotional, mental and physical aspects of wellbeing.

I specialise in Reflexology, offering maternity reflexology, fertility reflexology and general reflexology using a wealth of different techniques I've learnt over the years.

I am trained in Structural Reflexology, a particular area of reflexology for those experiencing pain and disfunction in the feet. An hour and a half session, the specialist techniques work with the muscles, joints and ligaments of the feet and lower legs to release muscular tension and support the feet to realign and improve function.

I also offer Thai Foot Massage, an invigorating and tension-releasing treatment that is based on traditional Thai Massage techniques. Using oils and covering the feet, ankles and lower legs to increase blood flow, it is especially beneficial to cyclists, runners, diabetics and those with poor circulation.

I love treating people to a session of Facial Rejuvenation Massage. Also called Natural Facelift Massage, this is a deeply relaxing massage that includes the face, neck and head, easing everyday tensions and bringing about more vitality and elasticity in the skin. A wonderful way to reduce stress, encourage better sleep and improve sinus problems.

Indian Head Massage is a seated form of massage that relieves built up stress and tension in the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, head and face to leave you feeling calm and refreshed.  It is a short session so easy to fit in first thing, over lunch or at the end of a long day at the desk.

I work in South Bristol at The Centre for Whole Health in Bedminster and the Wells Road Osteopaths clinic in Knowle. For my post-natal clients and those with mobility issues, I offer home visits, and my regular clients can see me at my home practice in Knowle.

I offer a calm, restorative approach and use my specialist techniques to bring wellbeing to both body and mind. I look forward to helping you to feel more balanced, energised and refreshed.

I am a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and the Complementary Therapists Association (CthA).
