About me

I am David Williams, Qualified Physiotherapist, HCPC and Medco registered. I have a natural interest in Holistic Health. I look at the whole body picture as no two people are the same. This technique has allowed me to carry out treatments that align client to their optimum function.
I specialise in treating neuro conditions, acute sports, trauma and chronic conditions. I also work assessing elderly within their houses,  providing equipment as well as gentle exercises. I also teach Tai Chi as a way of syncing body mind and spirit.

Some of the condition which are treated are
Back pain- slipped disc, sciatica, stiff or painful necks, whiplash injuries. Neuro conditions- strokes, Multiple Sclerosis,
Soft Tissue- Injuries tennis elbow, tendinitis, repetitive strain injuries.
Old Age- reduced balance, decreased strength, decreased movement and adaptations.

Remedies to these problems include: manipulation, electrotherapy, massage, stretches and exercises, adaptations or acupuncture when appropriate and advice on prevention.

We ask for payment at the time of each session of treatment. Should you need to cancel an appointment please give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. If notice is not received you will be charged 50% for the cost of missed appointment, please note there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

Any appointment not paid for at the time it takes place will be surcharged by £15.00.

If authorisation is gained from an insurer / solicitor / case-manager we may be able to invoice them directly for your treatment.

  • The session will start with taking a subjective assessment i.e. the complaint, how long you had it, how it is disabling etc.
  • I will then do a practical, look, palpate, test function of the structure bone's, limbs, soft tissue etc. lose clothing is good, or carry something to change into shorts, vest etc.
  • I will then demonstrate exercises, give advice, set some Goals.
