Qualified Sports Therapist and Kinesio taping practitioner
Working closely with athletes, cyclists, Strong Man competitors and London Marathon runners has given me a strong background with a wide range of people in different sports. Addressing every single person individually helps to keep them injury-free.
People can do different sports and activities and still look after themselves, staying injury-free whilst doing what they enjoy!
Every single person has different and unique body structures so I use an individual, specialised and a personalised approach to working with you.
There is no recipe for ‘’universal treatment that works magic for everyone’’ but there are ways how by working together and assessing you face to face where we can find the best treatment together.

Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration with CNHC.
Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
