Peter Gray - Clapham Osteopath
Clapham Osteopath is a small practice offering individualised treatments with a strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation, with generous treatment periods. It is owned and operated by Peter Gray.
Peter offers treatments for any musculoskeletal problems including back & neck pain, joint pain, arthritis, sports injuries, disc prolapse, neuralgia/nerve pain, shoulder, elbow and wrist problems, hip, knee and ankle injuries, pelvic pain, treatments during and after pregnancy, postural problems and repetitive strain injuries. He also provides a range of massage therapies as part of his osteopathic treatments and uses acupuncture techniques where appropriate.
"My philosophy is to get you fully mobile and 'keep you moving' so you can continue to do all the things you want to do, even in your more mature years. I believe strongly that osteopathy should be available as part of the NHS in order to provide better treatments for musculoskeletal problems, and improve health & well-being for everyone."
Osteopathy is a system of healthcare that facilitates the self-healing mechanisms inherent in the human body. You can safely consult an osteopath without referral from your GP as we are primary healthcare practitioners. In the USA where osteopathy was founded, osteopaths have the same status as doctors and the therapy is called "osteopathic medicine".
