About me

Welcome to the Form Practice.
We are a complementary health clinic, hidden away in a peaceful setting in Hardwick near Cambridge. Out of the hustle and bustle of town, with plenty of free parking.

A wonderful group of experienced practitioners providing different therapies, we recognise that to alleviate the more chronic problems experienced in the body that no “one” therapy is the answer and a team effort can be enormously beneficial. We know that for certain difficulties such as fertility, an issue close to our heart, it is important to recognise the mind-body-soul connection and we aim to address all of these aspects together.

We strive to be as clean and green as possible and will only use ethically sourced, natural, vegan and, where possible, organic products such as Tropic, DoTerra Essential Oils, and Organic Coconut oil for massage, recycled paper and pure drinking water filtered by Big Berky.
