Child First Speech & Language Therapy
About us
Child First Speech & Language Therapy provides high quality, evidence-based support for children with speech, language and communication needs across Shropshire, Cheshire and surrounding areas.
We assess and treat children and young people aged 2 - 18 years who have difficulty speaking, listening, reading or writing. By working closely with parents, schools and other professionals, we support the child’s speech and language development in all areas of his or her life.
We offer support to children with a range of challenges, including:
- Specific Language Impairment (SLI)
- Stuttering / Stammering
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Speech sound difficulties (e.g. phonological disorder or apraxia)
- Language delays or disorders
Speech and language therapy is given at home, school, preschool or nursery throughout the local area, including: Whitchurch, Shrewsbury, Chester, Wrexham, Oswestry, Crewe, Nantwich, Tarpoley, Market Drayton, Ellesmere and Malpas.
