About me

I believe in ‘helping people’ and ‘prevention is better than cure ’We provide ‘Quality Massage’ therapies to help ease away the stresses of life! Sports Massage for muscle tension/pain relief and increased flexibility. Pregnancy Massage to relieve symptoms of pregnancy. Ferapi also combines Swedish and acupressure techniques to relieve common ailments and balance energy in the mind, body and soul. A bit about what makes me be me…I become a mother in June 2011 to my beautiful daughter Zara. This so far has been my biggest life-changing and challenging experience to date!

Training, qualifications & experience

I qualified in 2008 as a Sports Massage Therapist gaining my VTCT diploma www.vtct.org.uk from Farnborough College of Technology. Fully qualified in Anatomy and Physiology and Health and Safety standards. I also have a pregnancy massage qualification. I have gained a wide range of experience through course evidence and also building my own varied client base.

I went on to learn pregnancy massage and acupressure through a series of add on courses at the Seed Institute in Ash.

Federation of Holistic Therapists

FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.

There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.

FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
