About me
I teach online Zoom classes, private live sessions and live group sessions when I'm in the UK.
I travel a lot to the USA and this is when the Zoom classes are very much in demand.
I have recently established a website and I'm hoping that joining the Therapy Directory will boost my business.
I am no stranger to the Health and Wellbeing industry as I've always enjoyed the active life. See my story on my website.
Training, qualifications & experience
- I qualified as a Pilates Instructor Level 3 with Future Fit UK and then went onto to qualifying as a Yoga Instructor level 2 with BSY Group.
- I have been teaching Pilates for about Twelve/Thirteen years but have been in the industry since my school days, participating in athletics, dancing, swimming, yoga and aerobics. At the age of 71 years I can truthfully say I am very fit and in good shape.
