About me
I'm a qualified Reflexologist and holistic therapist based in Leigh-on-Sea, offering intuitive and supportive treatments in a safe, calming space where clients can relax, restore, and feel truly heard. Each session is tailored to your needs on the day, often blending therapies such as Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and sound healing for deeper benefit.
Treatments take place in a peaceful room within the Shambhala yoga studio, and I’m fully insured and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). Reflexology packages and blended therapy sessions are available, with appointments offered seven days a week, including evenings.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Reiki Level 2 (Practitioner)
- ITEC - Level 3 diploma in Reflexology
- Indian Head Massage certification
- Sound healing certification
Member organisations
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners.
Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.
