I spent my twenties travelling and immersing myself in different cultures and traditions; learning about their relationship to health and well-being. It was during these adventures that I learned rejuvenation massage in a chikung (Eastern philosophy and martial art) peace resort in New Zealand, lived in the Caribbean, volunteered in Africa, and immersed myself in Asian influences.
I lived on a Caribbean island selling diamonds and learning the balance between Western opulence, the power of beauty/desire and the Caribbean attitude of "No worries at all".
My time in Asia was spent exploring temples, and Buddhism; Africa volunteering and Australia surfing, meditating and backpacking. I have been a member of the Friends of the Western Buddhist order (FWBO) since 2002, practising meditation and pursuing my interests in holistic approaches to well-being and health.

Combine treatments for an even more unique experience....
Complementary therapies support you in caring for your own health (mind, body and spirit). Helping you to achieve optimum health is important to us. We offer a quality service using our experience in this field.
These therapies are known to have been practised by ancient civilisations like the Chinese, the Egyptians, the Japanese and the Native American Indians, as far back as 10000 BC.
Therapeutic Complementary therapies work by balancing the mind, body and soul. Unlike conventional medicine, the holistic approach seeks to treat the whole person, rather than treating prevailing symptoms.
Many of the treatments can be combined to optimise your treatment for your needs. For example:
- Combine a 30 minute therapeutic massage to deeply unwind, with 30 minutes of nourishing reiki.
- Enjoy a back, neck and shoulder massage followed by a holistic facial.
- Relax and soak in with the heat from a 60 minute hot stone massage followed with a guided meditation.
Your consultation before treatment will allow you time to consider and discuss what is best for you.
Just ask and we'll accommodate a professional, tailor fitted treatment for your needs.
