About me

Hi, my name is Avril Hartridge and I have been practicing as an experienced therapist in Spiritual healing, Reiki, and Holistic massage, for several years.

I work with my clients to find the best treatment that will benefit them. I treat the mind body and spirit.

HOLISTIC MASSAGE;- is a wonderful treatment and has numerous benefits, both physically and emotionally. It will help restore muscle fatigue, increase blood circulation, and relieve aches and pain. It will leave you feeling relaxed fresh, and balanced within your own body.

REIKI :- is an ancient natural form of hands-on, or hands off healing, It originated in Japan, by a Buddhist monk called Miko Usui. The word Reiki means Life Force Energy. This energy is a natural free-flowing energy that is channelled through to the human body. Reiki is a complementary therapy that can be used alongside conventional medicine.

Reiki is a holistic treatment, it works on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level, balancing them all in harmony to create the ideal condition to heal the body itself. It heals the whole person. It is a very relaxing enjoyable experience, it will leave you feeling totally relaxed, positive, and in a state of well being, and in total harmony and balanced within your own body.

ANIMAL REIKI.. Giving and receiving Reiki for animals is a simple process.

Reiki energy is given to your pet by the therapist who attunes into the energy, and the animal will take as much energy as it needs, and the animal will signal when it has received enough energy.

The effects of Reiki on an animal builds up cumulatively, so it is advised that your pet has 4-6 courses of treatment at weekly intervals, to help produce long-term benefits physically and emotionally.

The law is very strict when given Reiki to animals. Reiki is safe and will compliment any form of medical treatment your vet is given to your animal. Animal Reiki is not a substitute for veterinary treatment or care. If your pet shows any form of illness you must contact your vet as soon as possible. A Reiki Therapist can not diagnose, or recommend any form of treatment or medical care or medication. The law also states that the owner of the pet must get the permission of their vet, that it is ok to give Reiki treatment to their pet.

Please contact me for further information and to make an appointment.

Reiki Therapists are not licensed to diagnose, cure medical conditions, or offer medical advice. Reiki therapists work to a strict code of conduct.

So why not contact me to experience a uniquely personal experience, either in massage or Reiki. I look forward to meeting you, and treating you.
