Training, qualifications & experience

Level 5 Sports Therapist - 1.5 years
Dru Yoga - teaching for 4 years in hot yoga studio & normal yoga studios

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.

Further information

We provide injury rehabilitation for any muscular problem. Our yoga therapy sessions involve a mixture of injury rehabilitation and yoga postures which are designed around providing you with the best outcome to return from injury promptly.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
