About us

WoSupporting the mind and body by offering both emotional therapies and massage.

NLP: Looking to treat the cause not the issue, support to allow the client to dig in to their own subconscious mind to find where the problem lies and resolve. Unlike talk therapy, NLP has faster results with some clients gaining freedom in just 1 session.

Hypnotherapy: Relax your conscious mind to understand and reprogram you subconscious and creative subconscious mind.

Deep tissue massage: this allow treatment to get in to fascia to release all the knots and tension. Extremely relaxing and beneficial to not only athletes; great treatment for fibromyalgia, arthritis and general well being.

Distance healing: for when you need to relax but can't get to your therapist. lye in the comfort of your own home whist healing is sent to you.

Reiki: hands on or off, extremely relaxing and healing

Workshops: Issue based workshops delivered Nationally. Specialist in motivation and confidence and recovering from domestic abuse

HNLP -humanistic neuro linguistic psychology - Master practitioner

Eriksonian Hypnotherapy Master

certificates approved by IACTM, ABNLP, ABHNLP

Reiki Master

Diploma in Holistic Therapies - Massage

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
