Aspiring minds Scotland is of the belief that the mind and body work together and looking after them as one creates physical and emotional well-being!
Offering a holistic service to include Massage and Reiki (delivered by a master practitioner) to de-stress the mind and body.
The service has gained an excellent reputation across Scotland for it's delivery of excellent workshops supporting people to take control and responsibility for their own life through the understanding of 'where the issue' lies within themselves, 'where the issue came from' and how THEY could resolve. Growing confidence and belief in themselves and their right to a happy and fulfilled life.
The service also supports organisations to help clients recover from the main issues that people face today and work with the organisations team to produce highly effective 1off or longer workshops.
Our 1-1 service is available for those seeking individual support

HNLP -humanistic neuro linguistic psychology - Master practitioner
Eriksonian Hypnotherapy Master
certificates approved by IACTM, ABNLP, ABHNLP
Diploma in Holistic Therapies - Massage

Massage from £25 for 60 min. We keep the cost low to allow the service to be available to everyone.
Hypnotherapy & NLP £50 p/h (30 min free consultation)
