About me

I have been working with Crystals for nine years now and love them - I was diagnosed with multiple fibroids eight years ago. I didn't want a hysterectomy either.                                                                                                                      By chance, a week later a book on Crystals landed at my feet, in my local library  Hastings, East Sussex.  Which also had one of the best Crystal shops too.              I haven't looked back.  Just one endless and legit Love affair.
After a year of working with Crystals on my health issues, a considerable improvement was prevalent. I went to London and did my Crystal Therapy Training in 2014 to know a lot more and to be able to help others.                        I completed my Reiki 2 in 2019. This has enhanced my practice.

A Crystal Therapy session is similar to Reiki but I combine Crystals.  Crystal Therapy can aid energy flow in the body, clearing blocks and activating sleepy chakras. A great alternative to address a wide range of physical and emotional ailments. Assisting energy balance and well-being Whilst enjoying a truly relaxing experience.

Your Crystal prescription will depend on what areas you know about that you would like to be worked on.  Whilst other un known issues will be naturally balanced at the same time.can assist with a range of physical complaints.

Block sessions of four are recommended to gain longer term results. I will be taking bookings from March 2021  Once we are back to a more normal way of life and I have sourced a suitable therapy room.                                                      I look forward to connecting with you and answering any queries you may have.

Love & Bliss,
Annette Xxx

NB: Crystal Therapy sessions cannot be replaced for medical treatment.

Further information

What to expect during a "Crystal Clear" Therapy Session.

An initial discussion on the phone will occur for me to establish which Crystals will be right for your personal Crystal Therapy session once booked.

On arrival we will have a face to face consultation.

Once you are in a comfy position on the therapy couch,I then place a blanket over your body. I can play relaxing meditation music and use incense if you would like, to add to your experience.

I place the relevant Crystals on select places/chakras on your body and around you.  Comfortable loose clothing is best. With closed eyes and several big, deep relaxing breaths to drop into a relaxed state. I then hover or place my hands over the Crystals and conduct the therapy session.
It is common to feel a great sensation of relaxation. I would not recommend a long drive home once your session is complete.
Complete Bliss...
