About me

I have been working with Crystals for a few years now and love them - After getting diagnosed with multiple fibroids three years ago this book on Crystals landed in my hands by chance and I haven't looked back.

I did my Crystal Therapy training in 2014 order to help others.

Crystal Therapy sessions are on a similar level to Reiki but we use crystals too. Sessions can assist with a range of physical complaints. Assisting energy balance and well-being.

The sessions cannot be replaced for medical treatment.

Please email your inquiries as I have no signal where I work in the week. Evenings are good if you'd like to text.

I have moved to the lovely Bury St Edmunds and am available for bookings to be held at my home.

Love & Bliss,
Annette Xxx

Further information

What to expect during a "Crystal Clear" Therapy Session.

After the consultation I will ask you to lay on the therapy couch, comfortable loose clothing is the best to wear. I  then place a blanket over your body. With closed eyes and a few deep relaxing breaths I place selected crystals on top of the blanket.
You will feel relaxed even sleepy while I get to work with my crystals, placing my hands over them to release their purpose. Providing balance and healing for your chakra centres.
It is common to feel a great sensation of relaxation.

I have Reiki sessions every 3 months to keep my energy flowing smoothly.

Crystal Therapy is of similar practice and benefits.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
