About me

My decision to change career and study reflexology was one of the best of my life. I changed my career to holistic therapies as I enjoyed having reflexology so much and believe in its benefits.  It has helped my back problems and general well-being. I am fully qualified in Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy and Reiki.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). As a member of both the AoR and CNHC, I am committed to ongoing professional development and adherence to a Code of Ethics. I believe in the benefits of complementary therapies, and I enjoy giving my clients bespoke treatments. I use mostly Absolute Aromas and Neal’s Yard products as I believe in using excellent quality products.  I also offer Nu Skin face and body treatments.

I firmly believe that in our oh-too-hectic lives, professional reflexology and massage using fabulous blended essential oils offers a respite that lasts and can assist in a range of stress-related disorders.
