About me

I am a fully qualified level 5 reflexologist and offer treatments on feet, hands and ears (auricular) and can combine all three into a treatment.

I am mobile so can visit you at your home or you may wish to be treated in a private room within my home.

I have had additional training in:
-  Reflexology to Enhance Fertility and Maternity Care and
-  Reflexology for Cancer and Palliative Care*

A typical foot treatment lasts around an hour (more on a first treatment as a general chat about your health and a general medical questionnaire is required).  The client is reclined and the treatment starts with a warm up massage before covering all the reflexes and finishes with a deep leg and foot massage.

*I currently volunteer on a weekly basis at my local cancer support centre offering reflexology treatments to anyone that is or has been affected by cancer.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Level 5 Centralia Mastership in Reflexology and trained with Allison Walker at the Contemporary Reflexology College (Sep 2014 - July 2015).

As part of our training we had to do 100 treatments, most of which were part of case studies.

We were trained to tailor our treatments to suit the client's current health and well-being and received specific training on enhancing fertility and maternity care as well as adapting reflexology for treating cancer patients and palliative care

I have also had a brief introduction to meridian reflexology.

I have Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology at Level 4.

Membership Bodies

I am a member of both the Association of Reflexologists and Professional Reflexology as well as being registered with the CNHC.

I am also fully insured.
